Each session is personalized, but here’s the general flow:

You share what’s been weighing on you—emotionally, physically, or mentally. I listen without judgment. Sometimes just saying things out loud can bring relief.
2. We Pause
I take a few quiet moments to tune in and get clear on what’s needed. You can sit quietly or close your eyes. This helps me guide the next part of the experience.
3. I Guide You
Through calming words, breath, prayerful presence, and quiet energetic work, I support your nervous system and help your energy settle and reset.
You may feel lighter, more relaxed, or simply clearer inside.
4. We Reflect
We’ll talk about what came up or shifted. If something practical shows up—like a next step, an image, or a practice—I’ll share it clearly with practical steps.
